This for your benefit as a seller and as a result are protected from being kicked out earlier than expected or being charged a higher rent.
This option is just as it says we will by your property from you and you will be able to rent it straight back from us for a long as you would like too!
If you are in a situation where you must sell your house fast but do not have anywhere to go to because you have simply not looked around or you children go to the local school then this maybe an option for you. We would simple buy your home and allow for you to continue to stay there and pay rent instead of paying a mortgage. Depending on your long or short term plans we can arrange for a monthly rolling contract or even sign up with a yearly contract for you to stay on as a paing tenant.
This is an option that is suited to us purely because it saves us for having to find tenants and more importantly we feel that when people Sell and Rent bck from us they make much better tenants as they continue to live just as if the house was still there own.
This whole process can be totally discreat. We will not be placing a board out side your home not will be placing it straight back in the local newspapers for sale.
Sell and Rent back has come under a lot of bad publicity recently but we DO NOT TAKE advantage of other peoples miss-fortune. We ensure that we place specific clauses into out rent back contracts stating that as long as the rent is paid on time regularly we are not aloud to give notice as the earliest possible time after signing of the tenancy agreement.
We are a 100% ethical Sell and Rent back outfit. Where possible we will always advise not to sell your property unless this is the only option for your circumstances.
