We at Gps are pleased that Sale and Rent back schemes are to become regulated by the FSA from the 1st July 09.
Gps will need to be given authorisation to continue to give our clients this option. Therfore until this permission has been granted I am afraid that we will no longer be able to offer the option to our clients.
We are in total agreement with the FSA and want to comply fully to the rules that have now been setout. Once we have been given the green to carry out Sale and Rent back options we will make another post and indeed send an email to all of those on our client list.
