I have fallen in to arrears becasue I broke up with my wife who left to go back to africa. I was unable to keep up the repayments and was told that I should continue to pay but would have to make up the difference soon! This was never going to happen because my wife actually earned more money then me!
Saved from getting repossessed!

Gps will need to be given authorisation to continue to give our clients this option. Therfore until this permission has been granted I am afraid that we will no longer be able to offer the option to our clients.

I have just sold my house in 14 days through GPS and best of all I am still living under the same roof. They did not simple suggest the would buy my house but looked at all other options and even allowed me to speak with one of there solcitors who too was very nice! Unfortunatley for me my situation was so bad I needed to sell to be able to continue.
Gps did not sell my house quickly...

They could have just said yes we will buy it quickly in cash but instead they went through my circumstances, asked lots of questions about how and why I thought I should sell quickly. The key thing for me was that I contacted a company like gps before it was too late. This meant that gps could advise me on what options were open to me. If none of these worked then they would have been happy to buy my london property.
Gps are the best at buying and renting back! Fast honest people!!

I was weeks away from falling into arrears but managed to find Gps who were able to save my families life, literally!! The reason for this post if that if anyone is in a simular situation like mine talk to Gps. They are honest and will try and find a way out of your situation without having to sell your house unless it is absolutley the only way.

I had spoken to many companies about selling my house as quickly as possible and all they wanted to do was pay me peanuts for my house and they suggested they would buy it as quickly as 24 hrs! At the time I figured this was great I could sell my house as quickly as 24hrs and be debt free but then I also realised I would be left with nothing.
