I had spoken to many companies about selling my house as quickly as possible and all they wanted to do was pay me peanuts for my house and they suggested they would buy it as quickly as 24 hrs! At the time I figured this was great I could sell my house as quickly as 24hrs and be debt free but then I also realised I would be left with nothing. Beware many companies will promise to buy your house quickly without any issues but they reason is because they will pretty much offer you what you owe the bank! Which means you will be left with nothing!
We I spoke to gps the first went through if this was indeed the best option for me. After some initial talks they suggested they could but as quickly as 7 working days but did suggested that we could quite easily rent out the property which would cover the mortgage and give as some extra income at the end of every month and suggested we moved into cheaper accomodation! This was 100% the best option as we still owe our house, have a roof over our heads, have not been repossed and can sell our property when the market picks up! Thank you so much for your honest information, you have given us so much for nothing!
