We have a unique concept which allows you to walk away from your property and we will take over the property, the maintenance and the mortgage.
The system is called a Lease Option Deal.
Who does it Suit?
Suits peoples who do not need any money from the property sale at this stage.
Suits peoples who have left or will be leaving the property soon.
Suits peoples who do not want any maintenance or voids issues.

You can walk away / release ties from property within 3 weeks
No maintenance or legal obligation ie gas safety, failed boilers etc.
We will take over all mortgage payments (it ifs viable)
We will pre-determine a price now (for a future sale)
Stages:
The first stage of this is for us to commit to a long term Lease.
The second stage of this is for us to commit to purchasing your property.
(This can be done by Exchanging Contracts).
The third stage is where completion occurs.
