How It Works
Step 1
Fill in our 30 second enquiry, email us or if you prefer you can us on 0845 496 1284. Which ever you choose you should try and give us as much information as possible.
Step 2
Once we have received this information we will carry out some basic due diligence to see if we are the best people to help in your scenario. If so we will make an offer in Principal STC and the required RICS valuation of your property.
Step 3
Should you accept our offer ( this is usually an offer which last up to 3 months ) we will arrange for a visit to inspect your property and for it to be valued by an official independant surveyor. All being well we will make you a formal offer in writing and start the ball rolling to purchase your property.
If you have advised us that you would like to Rent Back we will also discuss and place in writing how much we would charge you per month.
Step 4
You can either instruct your own solicitor or we will appoint you one. Which ever you choose we will pay the costs.
Exchange and Completion will usually happen on the same day.
Step 5
Depending on if you are renting back we will assist you with finding alternate accomodation by introducing you to our extensive database of landlords up and down the UK. Or Indeed if you wish to get straight back on to the property ladder we may be able to help with this too.
