...but they did manage to help me to keep hold of my house quickly. They could have just said yes we will buy it quickly in cash but instead they went through my circumstances, asked lots of questions about how and why I thought I should sell quickly. The key thing for me was that I contacted a company like gps before it was too late. This meant that gps could advise me on what options were open to me. If none of these worked then they would have been happy to buy my london property. They simple suggested we look at all the options if not then they were able to move quickly and sell my house buy either buying in cash themselves or one of the close circle of investors would have.
