How quickly can I sell my house?

If your property is one that we decide to buy quickly with cash 10 working days should be enough time to complete the purchase quickly. rty.

Does the condition of my property matter?

No unless there is severe structural damage to the property. Cosmetic issues is something that is low on our list of wants when buying property. We want to ensure that we can offer a competitive price giving you the quick sale you require. 

How much will it cost me to sell my property?

Zero! Yep nothing at all. We will take care of all the costs.

Do you buy anywhere in the UK?

Yes we will consider buying property anywhere in the UK.

Do you allow people to sell and rent back?

Yes, in fact we prefer to buy and rent back because it is a win win situation for all parties concerned. We do not have to look for tenants and you do not have to go through the hassle of looking at places to rent and moving all of your belongings etc.

What types of property would you consider buying?

We will look at buying any types of property in the UK.

What if my boiler does not work?

We frequently buy properties which require work and updating. This is no problem for us to consider.

How long will the process take?

We can complete from 2 weeks to whenever you like.

Do I need to instruct my Solicitor?

No because we can supply you with one unless you prefer to use your own. If you decide to use your own we can not guanrantee completion dates as we do not have any say over how fast yours will work. Either way we will pay all of your legal fees. 

What's the Catch?

No real catch but we will not be able to pay the full open market value of your property. We will generally look to pay between 70-80% of the value dependant on various factors.

How much time will I have to move out?

This is something that we can discuss and work on to ensure you are happy.

I am looking at being repossessed, it is too late for you to help?

It is never too late, where possible we are willing to attend court hearings with you to speak on your behalf and lt the judge know that you have a potential buyer for you house. This usually buys as some more time and prevents the baliffs from attending your property with a view to remove you.

Which areas do you buy properties in?

We buy throughout the UK.

Do I have to make a decision on your offer straight away?

No, You can take as much time as you like. The first offer is usually valid for 3 months maybe longer depandant on market conditions.
