As the market seems to be easing up unfortunatley we are still receiving lots of enquiries of owners wanting to sell their house quickly.
We are doing our best to help as many as we possible can but the demand is so high we are finding it hard but will continue to promise to reliable, truthful and buy your house as quickly as possible.
We still and always advocate all other options before having to sell to us. Usually we can help people to sell there house quickly but at the same time we are helping people to hang onto the homes where possible. We are also finding many london home owners want to sell fast because the are unable to sustain their mortgage commitment due to loss of job after being made redundant, illness etc.
