For the benefit of anyone out there thinking about calling or contacting GPS please do! I have just sold my house in 14 days through GPS and best of all I am still living under the same roof. They did not simple suggest the would buy my house but looked at all other options and even allowed me to speak with one of there solcitors who too was very nice! Unfortunatley for me my situation was so bad I needed to sell to be able to continue. If I have contacted them sooner to sell my house fast I would have had more options avaliable to me for selling my house quickly and without the pain! Do not think twice about giving them call. go for it you have nothing to lose if all you want to do is get them to buy your property fast!

Sounds too good to be true, buy my house within 14 days??!
I have just left a message for someone at gps to return my call. I recently lost my job and am having problems keeping up my payments on my mortgage.I want to and have spoken to several companies like this one offer to buy my property quickly for a cash amount but the problem is that that just trying to take advantage of me! Or that is what it sounds like!
Lets see if the posts on this forum are correct about them not wanting to just buy at a lower price and if they actually have anything constructive to say about selling my property fast. I do want to sell but an not that desperate yet!!! I will let all know how it goes..
